Qingdao port reopening

Qingdao Shanghai Summit successfully passed with lots of signed new agreements between members and other participants. Main targets were to expand trading, strengthen connections and relationships between countries. And now, Qingdao port is starting operations for handling DG class 8-9 and other goods in normal mode.
